ROGSI/KTQ is a special version of ROGSI/DMS for hospitals. 

This version contains complete plans for all different scenarios of hospitals. This includes internal problems and external as well.

What are internals and externals?

Internal: any problems with fire, water and so on. You have to bring all patients to other locations.

External: any mass of patient coming in, becaus of an plane crash, train  accident or any other.
